Following graduation from the University of Missouri, Anthony was hired as the Weekend Morning Meteorologist in St. Louis, Missouri at KSDK, NewsChannel 5. He delivered weather reports throughout the week and frequently presented severe weather coverage! St. Louis is no stranger to severe storms, whether it's snow storms, or tornadoes. STL gets it all! This really pushed him to develop his craft as an on - air personality. Anthony grew up in St. Louis, so this is a place he knows very well! While in St. Louis, his most rewarding accomplishment was the local school visits he did educating students about the science of Meteorology & encouraging kids about a future they can have, if they endure hardships, and remember to stay focused on their education. His favorite moment was the time he emceed the NAACP 100th Annual Scholarship Banquet. In fact, he emceed this event for the three years he was in St. Louis. He is grateful to the ones who watched and still follow him today! He also expresses his thankfulness to NewsChannel 5 for giving him such a great start in the news business!
"While working in St. Louis, I had the chance to cover the most destructible natural disaster to ever hit the city."

KOMU-TV 8 2006 - 2008
Anthony's on - air Meteorology career began in Columbia, Missouri while he was still in college. While in college, he was able to learn the science of meteorology, but more importantly, he was able to see how difficult it really was to try and deliver a weather report in a precise, accurate, & easy-to-understand way. While at KOMU, Anthony was able to practice in a real live studio with professional teachers, broadcasters, and educators. They all knew their stuff and were kind and patient enough to work with all of the students! Anthony loved his time at KOMU & if he had the chance one day, he would definitely return! This is the place where Anthony first realized, "My dream is coming true!"
